Mr. Arnold has practiced civil and commercial litigation in Florida since 1984 and he has extensive past experience practicing as in-house legal counsel, and he has since represented individuals, banks, small private and large publically listed businesses, construction manufacturers, financial service companies, and lenders with credit and collection and serious business litigation issues in thousands of cases.
